Mi Gente Clothing is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Always contact USPS for a discrepancy. We do offer Route Package Protection for customers that want to insure from any issues during delivery.

If you're ordering internationally, products should be ordered 4-5 weeks ahead of time to ensure you receive it on time! All international orders will be sent via first class mail.
