Ready-to-ship items vs Pre-order items
- Pre-Order Items (AKA Made-to-Order): Up to 4 weeks before shipment from date purchased
- Ready-to-Ship Items: 1-3 days before shipment from date purchased
If an item is pre-order, the "add to cart" button will instead show as a "pre-order" button.
If you need an order sooner or by a deadline, we highly encourage you to reach out to us!
USPS First Class and Priority Shipping
We offer 2 shipping options:
- PRIORITY SHIPPING (recommended) comes with a tracking number and insurance. This option usually arrives in 2-3 days after we drop off at USPS.
- FIRST CLASS comes with a tracking number. You can select shipping insurance by purchasing Route with your order. This option usually arrives in 3-7 days.
We can offer quotes for faster shipping with Fedex or UPS. Please email for rates.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Mi Gente Clothing is not liable for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages after they have been dropped off at the post office.
International Orders
If you're ordering internationally, products should be ordered 4-5 weeks ahead of time to ensure you receive it on time! All international orders will be sent via first class mail. If you are interested in a faster shipping time, please contact us. We are not responsible for any charges you incur such as taxes and customs fees.
