• Pre-Order Items (AKA Made-to-Order): Up to 4 weeks before shipment from date purchased 

• Ready-to-Ship Items: 1-3 days before shipment from date purchased 

If an item is pre-order, the "add to cart" button will instead show as a "pre-order" button.

USPS First Class and Priority Shipping

We offer 2 shipping options and Route is available for all packages!

• PRIORITY SHIPPING (recommended) comes with a tracking number and insurance. This option usually arrives in 2-3 days after we drop off at USPS. 
• FIRST CLASS comes with a tracking number. You can select shipping insurance by purchasing Route with your order. This option usually arrives in 3-7 days. 

We can offer quotes for faster shipping with Fedex or UPS. Please email for rates. 

Mi Gente Clothing is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Always contact USPS for a discrepancy. We do offer Route Package Protection for customers that want to insure from any issues during delivery.
