Returns and Cancellations
We want to ensure your satisfaction with every order, that's why we offer free exchanges or returns for store credit on all U.S. orders for customers with valid return reasons (customer changing their mind is not considered a valid reason!). Your first exchange or return will be on us! Depending on the case, you return may also be subject to a small restocking fee. If you wish to make additional returns for store credit, you will need to arrange and cover the shipping costs to send the package back to us.

Return Rules:
- Returns accepted for 30 days
- Free return shipping
- Each item returned must be in its original clear poly bag
- Tags attached to the item have not removed or tampered with
- For items that apply, hygienic liners has not been removed
- No final sale items
Exceptions:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped
